Last night I had my second dream (that I remember) concerning The Awl.

This time, the scenario was that the staff (!) of The Awl would squat in people’s apartments to use as an office for a day, and it was my turn. The only person there to exist in IRL was Balk, and he kept reassuring me that this was Standard Operating Procedure and by the way did I have any ideas?

I swear these are replacing the being-told-the-school-play-starts-in-ten-minutes-I-don’t-know-any-of-the-lines dreams.
